At Hinorie, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within Singapore and to select international destinations including South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and more.
Please check availability at checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • For pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be indicated on the product page.

  • Please note that dispatches are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Singapore: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • International: Approximately 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Singapore: Complimentary shipping for orders above SGD 100. A flat shipping fee of SGD 5 applies to orders below this amount.

  • International: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order value and will be reflected at checkout.

5. Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please be aware that customs processes may cause delays which are beyond Hinorie’s control.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may track your delivery via the designated courier’s website.

7. Loss & Damage
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue.
Hinorie is not liable for loss or theft once delivery has been confirmed at the provided address.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Hinorie is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-delivery fees due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
